NUTs Morning Recap
It’s Sunday. I blocked out two hours, and I ended up spending three hours on my morning routine today. How did it break down?
1 hr & 30 minutes of reading (mental, consumption).
15 minutes of meditation (mental, ideation).
30 minutes of writing (mental, ideation).
45 minutes of working out (physical, creation).
Workout Recap:
30 minutes of incline walking (12.0 incline, 3.0 speed)
15 minutes of calisthenics (mainly abs)
Selected Reading - The Five Types of Wealth by Sahil Bloom
Focused on Time Wealth and what resonated with me on the front.
Time Wealth Goals:
Increase to a 19/20. Currently score at a 17/20.
Be consistent with my NUTS morning routine.
More creation/ideation time. Double my ratio of energy-creating to energy-draining activities.
Time Wealth Anti-Goals:
Spending too much time on management time.
E-mail taking over my life.
Not spending enough time with loved ones.
